چکیده انگلیسی

The impact of gaseous toluene contamination on the damage characteristics of two high reflectors (HR) at 1064 nm is investigated. It is found that laser-induced damage threshold of 45° p polarization reflection film decreases, while for 0° reflection film, toluene seems to be benign and increases laser-induced damage threshold of the film. The possible reason is analyzed and discussed. Different surface electric field distribution is the main cause of the difference of laser-induced damage of two HR films.
