Dual-specificity phosphatase 6 (Dusp6), a negative regulator of FGF2/ERK1/2 signaling, enhances 17β-estrodial-induced cell growth in endometrial adenocarcinoma cell

► Dusp6 was over-expressed in human endometrial adenocarcinomas. ► Dusp6 expression blocked FGF2-induced ERK1/2 signaling activity in Ishikawa cells. ► Dusp6 expression significantly enhanced the growth of Ishikawa cells. ► Dusp6 expression sensitized Ishikawa cells to 17β-estradiol-induced cell growth.
