c-Myb interacts with the glucocorticoid receptor and regulates its level in pre-B-acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells

► The transcription factor c-Myb interacts with the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). ► The knockdown of c-Myb reduces the levels of GR transcripts and protein. ► The knockdown of c-Myb lowers the levels of GR promoter 1C and 1D transcripts. ► The knockdown of c-Myb blunts the autoupregulation of GR promoters 1C and 1D. ► Reduced c-Myb levels, by itself, decreases cell viability.
