Realization optical signal processing components using SOA

This paper simulated simultaneously AND and NOT logic gate with frequency converter by using semiconductor optical amplifier. These logic gates and frequency converter are obtained with SOA effects like XGM and FWM of signals. Simulative realization of these logic gates and frequency converter will lead revolution in optical signal processing for high speed operation.
