Viscoelastic and thermal properties of doxycycline hyclate-loaded bleached shellac in situ-forming gel and -microparticle

Doxycycline hyclate (DX)-loaded bleached shellac in situ forming -gel (isg)/-microparticle (ism) prepared using dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), N-methyl-pyrrolidone (NMP) and 2-pyrrolidone (PYR) as solvents were suitable for local injection because of their newtonian or pseudoplastic flows. Higher intermolecular strength of bleached shellac could delay the thermal degradation rate.187
