Hepatoprotective activity of Cichorium intybus (Linn.) root extract against carbon tetrachloride induced hepatotoxicity in albino Wistar rats

Results indicate that it is worth undertaking further studies on possible usefulness of the extracts of the roots of C. intybus (Linn.) in hepatotoxicity.
