Incidence, prevalence and control of multidrug resistant (MDR) carbapenemase producing Acinetobacter baumanii in Indian intensive care units

Results of the present study revealed that Elores was the most active amongst commonly used antibiotics in ICU settings, which showed 93-96% susceptibility, therefore can be a potent antibacterial option for the treatment of infections caused by carbapenemase producing A. baumannii.
