Study of Fire Hazard of Flooring Materials on Data of Cone Calorimeter

The fire hazard of three kinds of flooring materials(rubber floor, wool carpet and blended carpet) were studied by cone calorimeter at different heat flux. Comparing and analyzing the data, fitted equation of samples and four kinds index of fire hazard (fire growth index(FGI), total heat release (THRI6min), total heat release (TSPI6min), toxic gas generation rate index (ToxPI6min)) were obtained. The results show that fire hazard from high to low order: rubber floor, wool carpet, blended carpet.
