Flexible Approach in Designing Infrastructure

The article presents the ideas of flexible design in the construction sector. Guidelines of the evaluation of road infrastructure were discussed based on JASPERS Blue Book. An idea of proceeding is presented through infrastructure projects economic efficiency analysis with flexible approach. Moreover, the issue of flexibility is presented on the example of building a ring road for the city of Szubin as the example of infrastructure, to which efficiency analysis was applied for variants of solutions.
