Country Area Territory Protection from Flooding; Construction Conditions, Problem Definition and Solution

In the article, the question of suburban areas’ development, where construction was carried out under complicated hydrological and geological conditions, was discussed. The development of the area with a small watercourse, which bogs the site and makes the construction more difficult, is considered. Hydrological, geological and meteorological components of the area's condition were analyzed and the recommendations concerning protection the area from a flooding were given.
