Application of Electron Microscopy Method for Quality Control of Paint Coating Surface

The paper presents a quality assessment method for paint coating surfaces. The method is based on the electron microscopy application to obtain paint coating quality coefficient, to expand representative domain about factors effect on the formation, coating distribution in the structure of the substrate and to develop a method of quantitative evaluation of coverage indicator. Practical implementation is demonstrated by assessing the quality of the paint coating applied by printing method on the packaging in the form of conventional images, symbols and signs of the protective and information functions.
