Clinical and morphological manifestations of aniridia-associated keratopathy on anterior segment optical coherence tomography and in vivo confocal microscopy

AS-OCT may be an additional diagnostic tool for POV visualization in vivo in aniridic patients. Its diagnostic accuracy is subject to selection of anatomic region, nystagmus and the degree of POV degradation.
