The “Blush” Sign on Computed Tomography Angiography is an Independent Predictor of Hematoma Progression in Primary Hypertensive Hemorrhage

The “blush” sign has better accuracy for predicting hematoma expansion in hypertensive ICH and could be used to risk stratify these patients for early therapeutic interventions.
