Image Sharpness Measure for Blurred Images in Frequency Domain

One of the most challenging problems for researchers in the field of image processing is image quality assessment. A very important factor in image quality assessment is image sharpness/blurriness. The goal of researchers in the field of image quality assessment is to design and develop algorithms and measures for detecting sharpness and blurriness in an image. In this pape r a new technique is proposed to calculate image sharpness/blurriness measure in frequency domain.
