Automation of Experiments in Photoelasticity

The paper presents latest means of stress state determination in structure parts while taking advantage of isolines’ field. The field is scanned photographically and examined through computer technology. For such purposes, our department has designed and tested assistance computer programmes Photoelast and PhotoStress.
