Application of Managerial Innovation Methods and Techniques in the Analysis Stage of the Assembly Process

The article deals with the innovation methods and tools which can be applied in the analysis stage of the washing machine assembly process. The goal of this article is to create and evaluate reference methodology applied in selected problem areas. The solutions offered in this article are based on an in-depth analysis of the product and its assembly process and they take into consideration a wide range of individual requirements. Obtained results will be verified.
