Confessions of an expert witness in baseball-injury lawsuits

The author has served as an expert witness in four baseball-injury lawsuits: they all involved a person getting hit in the head with a baseball. In each of these, he made a computer simulation of the ball's trajectory. Then he discussed the implications of these simulations with the lawyers.
