The Impact of Cloud Computing Technology on Legal Infrastructure within Internet—Focusing on the Protection of Information Privacy

The main purpose of this article is to focus on the issue of protecting information privacy through the newly developed cloud computing technology. This article will first introduce the characteristics of cloud computing technology. Then the impact of the technology will be discussed through disparity of legal protection of information privacy within Internet among different jurisdictions. The personal observation and a would-be solution will be made at the end of this article for a future possible adjustment of legal infrastructure for the protection of information privacy within cyberspace.
