On the Issue of Development of Replacement Hydraulic Parts for Oil-Trunk Pipeline Pumps

The paper deals with some issues of designing replacement hydraulic parts for flow rates of 0.6 Qn and 0.7 Qn comprising a replacement impeller and a guide vanes fitted in the double volute standard pump with the purpose of enhancing its efficiency and reliability. High efficiency has been obtained in the pump equipped with the replacement hydraulic parts at the low NPSH required.
