Mandibular coronoid process fractures: Prevalence and characteristic multidetector CT findings

The results of the present study indicate the prevalence and characteristic MDCT findings of mandibular coronoid process fractures. Patients with mandibular coronoid process fractures may sustain other maxillofacial fractures, especially posterior maxillary sinus fractures.
