Development of energy-saving buildings in China

This paper is designed to solve problems in energy-saving buildings in China. Relevant countermeasures were made on the basis of good investigations of the situation of energy consumption and energy-efficiency. The study will play a positive guiding role in promoting the development of energy saving of buildings, settling problems in reality.
