GuideLiner extension catheter-facilitated side strut stenting technique for the treatment of right coronary artery ostial in-stent restenosis

Through this review, we aim to highlight the practical challenges encountered during the treatment of ostial RCA ISR through PCI and evaluate the various interventional techniques that have been used. We describe the first reported case of a GuideLiner extension catheter-facilitated side-strut stenting for the treatment of ostial RCA ISR and demonstrate the safety and feasibility of this novel technique.
