Simultaneous uniportal VATS right upper lobectomy with NUSS procedure for pectus excavatum repair; first reported uniportal combined lobectomy and Nuss operation

Simultaneous open cardiothoracic operations and pectus repair are being used but still lack satisfactory cosmetic results. Few publications report simultaneous multiport VATS and MIRPE [4,5]. Our case is the first reported example of such combined procedures via Uniportal VATS approach reported in an 8 years old child.
