Aortic valve replacement: Could it be a treatment for complete heart block?

In a case of calcific aortic stenosis with complete heart block, normal sinus rhythm returned following aortic valve replacement. A fifty nine years old with calcific aortic stenosis and complete heart block was completely cured by AVR only. From that we suggested that complete heart block in association with calcific aortic stenosis may be reversible and should be considered as early indication for aortic valve surgery.
