Percutaneous ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy with polidocanol microfoam for lymphatic malformations

Percutaneous sclerotherapy using POL microfoam appears to be safe and effective for treatment of LMs. Ultrasound-guided POL microfoam sclerotherapy should be considered for such lesions, particularly those that are exclusively macrocystic.
