A novel duplex finding of superficial epigastric vein flow reversal to diagnose iliocaval occlusion

ICO can result in deep venous thrombosis, post-thrombotic syndrome, and chronic venous insufficiency. Physiologic flow reversal in SEV is diagnostic of ICO. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of this novel DUS finding.
