چکیده انگلیسی
This article provides evidence to support an alternative hypothesis regarding the mechanism of action of mechanochemical ablation, a widely used treatment for the abolition of venous reflux, that differs from the current theory. Taken together with our previous work, the results and interpretation of our data may also provide an explanation of why mechanochemical ablation appears to have better outcomes in treating the great saphenous vein compared with liquid or foam sclerotherapy.
