Comparing safety margin of innervation points of the subscapular nerves from the base and tip of the coracoid process

Greater margin of safety for upper and lower subscapular nerves was observed with the arm in neutral position in comparison to 30° abduction with external rotation position and base of coracoid could be more dependable landmark than its tip.
