Progressive osteoarthritis during pregnancy several years following hip arthroscopy for femoroacetabular impingement

The physiologic and hormonal changes during pregnancy leading to increased ligamentous laxity may put vulnerable patients with hip dysplasia and iatrogenic instability at increased risk for progression of osteoarthritis.
