INTERCONSULTA BIOÉTICA Y PSIQUIATRÍA DE ENLACE

In this article, we review the main aspects related to bioethics, Health Care Ethics Committees and the work of ethics consultants within general hospitals, as well as that of the liaison psychiatry. Common aspects, main differences and synergies are described along with the limits and roles of each discipline. Educational aspects for professional training are discussed for both the ethics and the psychiatry components.
