Nephron-sparing Surgery for Syndromic Wilms' Tumor: Robotic Approach

Robotic approach for NSS overcomes limitations of movement and dexterity occurring with laparoscopic approach. However, the existing literature in robotic NSS in children is very limited. We present the first report of robotic approach for NSS in a child with WAGR syndrome.
