Atypical Location of a Bartholin Cyst in Adolescence

It is very difficult to make an early diagnosis for an atypically localized Bartholin cystic lesion in adolescence; it can be diagnosed only after a pathological examination. In the differential diagnosis of a vulvar lump, an atypically localized Bartholin cyst should also be considered as a possibility.
