Formulation of a Peribulbar Block for Prolonged Postoperative Pain Management in Vitreoretinal Surgery

We did not demonstrate a statistically significant reduction in mean postoperative pain scores. However, patients in group A required less hydroxycodone use and had greater akinesia, suggesting prolonged neural blockade.
