The enumeration of groups of order pnq for n ≤ 5

Let n≤5. We determine a function Nn(p,q) that, evaluated at arbitrary different primes p and q, yields the number of isomorphism types of groups of order pnq. The function Nn(p,q) is a (generalized) polynomial on residue classes in p and q.
