Pharmacokinetics of dexmedetomidine in isoflurane-anesthetized New Zealand White rabbits

The pharmacokinetics of dexmedetomidine in isoflurane-anesthetized, healthy, New Zealand White rabbits were characterized in this study. Data from this study can be used to determine dosing regimens for dexmedetomidine in isoflurane-anesthetized rabbits.
