Spondylothoracic dysostosis, Jarcho Levin syndrome. Case report

In a neonate with respiratory distress syndrome, costovertebral assessment becomes important, with the intention of discarding syndromes associated with defects in the costovertebral segmentation, as Jarcho Levin syndrome, which causes respiratory impairment that can lead to respiratory failure and death.
