نتایج حاضر نشان داد که صاف بودن حرکت مفصل در طول مرحله تکیه گاه پایه فاز موضعی در ناحیه جلویی با استئو آرتریت شدید زانو کاهش می یابد، هر چند تفاوت در صاف بودن حرکت مفصل با توجه به شدت استئوآرتریت زانو وجود ندارد. بی ثباتی در طول حمایت از یک پا به علت افزایش بار مفصل زانو و تخریب باعث کاهش صافی حرکت حرکت مفصل زانو می شود.

چکیده انگلیسی
The present results revealed that the smoothness of joint movement decreases during the single leg supporting phase of the stance phase in the frontal plane with severe knee osteoarthritis, although there is no difference in smoothness of joint movement according to the severity of knee osteoarthritis The instability during single leg support due to increase of the knee joint load and destruction cause the impaired smoothness of the knee joint movement.
