Wake up call-Human Resource Management (HRM): An orientation on company models anticipating ageing

Securing a company's results and continuity for both the long and short term is a basic business issue. In this article the authors summarise seven company models and audits, some existing, some still in a developmental stage. The assessed models provide an outlook in the company's HR future and an understanding into suspected age related problems.
