Total videoscopic treatment of a type IV thoracoabdominal aneurysm

We performed a total videoscopic type IV thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm repair. The postoperative course was uneventful, and the patient did well 10 months later. To our knowledge, a total videoscopic thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm repair has not been previously described.
