Inflammatory aneurysm due to neurocysticercosis

We report a ruptured inflammatory aneurysm of a distal branch of the anterior temporal artery associated with neurocysticercosis, and present the histological findings. We believe this is the first report of such an inflammatory aneurysm with histological confirmation.
