Influence of estradiol pretreatment on antimuscarinic action of oxybutynin in rat detrusor muscle

We have demonstrated for the first time that oxybutynin further inhibits ACh-induced and muscarinic receptor-mediated contractions in rat detrusor muscle after pretreatment with estrogen.
