Myomectomie par voie vaginale

In some indications, vaginal myomectomy is a surgical alternative to laparotomy. This procedure requires the surgeon's expertise in vaginal surgery. The vaginal access may be posterior or anterior, depending on fibroma localisation. Advantages of this procedure compared to laparotomy are those of the vaginal surgery in general. However, this technique remains unknown et needs evaluation.
