Spontaneous pregnancy and birth of a normal female from a woman with Turner syndrome and elevated gonadotropins

Bearing in mind the serious problems of fertility and pregnancy outcome encountered in TS girls, we considered such a rare escape from the expected course of biological events to be worth reporting.
