Transcriptional expression of the genes implicated in angiogenesis and tumor invasion in cervical carcinomas

VEGF-C and MMP-2 were closely related to invasive phenotype of tumor cells, whereas VEGF-A isoforms were considered to be involved in cervical carcinogenesis.
