Primary angiosarcoma of the ovary: A case report of Stage I disease

A review of the literature indicates a potential role for MAID chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian angiosarcomas. Detection of Stage I disease appears to confer a better prognosis regardless of the utilization of adjuvant chemotherapy.
