Diagnosis of malignant mesenchymal uterine tumors by hysteroscopic excisional biopsy

Intrauterine lesions erroneously considered to be benign endometrial polyps or myomas can turn out to be malignant mesenchymal uterine tumors. Hysteroscopic evaluation and biopsy might offer early diagnosis and treatment to these patients.
