Prognosis of pseudophakic retinal detachment

Pseudophakic patients presented with more extended RDs and with the macula detached more frequently. Retinal breaks were found less frequently. Despite these findings, the anatomic and visual prognosis of pseudophakic detachments was identical to that of phakic detachments.
