Cotelescopes and derived limits

The construction of so called cotelescopes coTel1(X) for an arbitrary diagram of topological spaces is proposed, and the explicit relationship of homotopy groups πn(coTel1X) with the appropriately defined first derived limit of the corresponding diagram of homotopy groups is established.
