RETRACTED: Surface enhanced Raman scattering at single crystal TiO2

Reason: Facts brought to the attention of the editors of Chemical Physics shed doubts on the veracity of the measurements reported. Fig. 2a of this publication appears to be a plagiarized version of Fig. 1 in Phys. Rev. Lett., 77 (1996) 1322-1325, doi:10.1103/PhysRevLett.77.1322.
