LMI-based robust stability analysis of neural networks with time-varying delay

The robust stability of neural networks with time-varying delay and parametric uncertainties is considered here. The stability condition is given in terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI). Numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of our theoretical results.
